Poor customer service. Their power was out and because of that I missed my payment. I went in the next day to pay and they treated me like it was my fault for missing the payment date.

I do not suggest this money mart for anyone, I've been speaking with a representative named "Ashlie" lol rudeeee asf. I haven't been able to make my pay day loan payment until now (it's been about 2 months) had death in the family, moved out of my cheating exs place and tried to start over. I strongly suggest people DO NOT do their tax returns with Money Mart. They advertise a same day return - this in fact is not true. I was first told it would take 24 hours for my return to be processed and money received. After 24 hours passed I was told maybe 48 as it is tax season and they are busy. Money mart agreed to split my loan into two payments. I wouldn't recommend money mart at all to anyone. They're unhelpful. Cash money is so much better. They treat you better. If you ever need a payday loan; go to them.
