Poor customer service. Their power was out and because of that I missed my payment. I went in the next day to pay and they treated me like it was my fault for missing the payment date.

I strongly suggest people DO NOT do their tax returns with Money Mart. They advertise a same day return - this in fact is not true. I was first told it would take 24 hours for my return to be processed and money received. After 24 hours passed I was told maybe 48 as it is tax season and they are busy. Money mart agreed to split my loan into two payments. I wouldn't recommend money mart at all to anyone. They're unhelpful. Cash money is so much better. They treat you better. If you ever need a payday loan; go to them.

For me money mart is a very shady company I never have gotten a loan from them and I will never deal with this financial lender not even for a stick of gum. they renege on contracts and approval of loans. For your best results and better service use Easy Financial or Cash Money you will be better off

Hands down, this was the worst experience I have ever had with a payday loan place. Or ANY place, for that matter! I couldn't wait to pay my loan off and never have to deal with them again!
