Honestly one of the best places I’ve ever gotten a loan for was from them.

The Guaranteed Rate Mortgage Refinance is a great way to refinance your mortgage. They offer a $0 prepayment fee and a $0 origination fee. This is almost unheard of with most loans. Also I loved how they offered financing for both single and multi-family homes plus it was available in all 50 states.
