Have had my mortgage with Home Loan for about 4 years. My wife was unable to work in 2016 due to MS. Home Loan has given us a loan modification twice in two years. They approached us about doing a loan modification. We did not think we would qualify since we only owed $28,000.00. They have substantially lowered our mortgage twice. The process was painless.
