Optima scammed me for over 7k and never resolved anything. I had to hire an independent service to straighten out their mess. They stole my money, never returned calls, and never answered calls either. Beware!

I CANNOT GET A CALL BACK OR INFORMATION ON MY SATUTUS AFTER NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS. I ASKED FOR A DIRECT NUMBER TO MY CASE MANAGER. I WAS TOLD THEY DONT HAVE HER DIRECT NUMBER. YET THEY HAVE TAKEN MY 500.00 A MONTH. AND I STILL GET LETTERS FROM IRS. SO STRESS OUT. TAX HARDSHIP COMP I THINK IS A FRAUD AT THIS POINT.

Optimum promised me they can get rid of my $45,000 debt so I took out a loan. I paid the $600 a month to make a long story short they did not do anything for me except tell me empty promises. Optima tax relief does their own reviews on Google as the review status at +80 is no where near the actual rating. They also have a judgment against them and will not settle until a gag order is signed. Optima tax relief is a criminal enterprise,, plain and simple. The average cost is NOT $4000.
