I CANNOT GET A CALL BACK OR INFORMATION ON MY SATUTUS AFTER NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS.
I ASKED FOR A DIRECT NUMBER TO MY CASE MANAGER. I WAS TOLD THEY DONT HAVE HER DIRECT NUMBER. YET THEY HAVE TAKEN MY 500.00 A MONTH. AND I STILL GET LETTERS FROM IRS. SO STRESS OUT. TAX HARDSHIP COMP I THINK IS A FRAUD AT THIS POINT.

Optimum promised me they can get rid of my $45,000 debt so I took out a loan. I paid the $600 a month to make a long story short they did not do anything for me except tell me empty promises. Optima tax relief does their own reviews on Google as the review status at +80 is no where near the actual rating. They also have a judgment against them and will not settle until a gag order is signed. Optima tax relief is a criminal enterprise,, plain and simple. The average cost is NOT $4000. After waiting over 2 months for them to investigate our tax issue we were told it would cost us $15,000 to have them handle the case. Soon as we told them we could not afford that the man tried to talk us into a 9 month payment plan. When stated again could not afford $1800 month payment his attitude was horrible and hung up on us.

I have a judgment against Optima Tax Relief LLC and they refuse to pay unless I sign a gag order stating I will not talk about my experience with the company. I have to keep jumping through hoops even after a default judgment was awarded. They did nothing to work towards a resolution with the IRS and they are equally lazy in paying me what they owe.

Paid Optima $25,000.00 to handle a Corporation and the owners personal tax's owed. Closed down the company so they did nothing for it and they would not refund any portion of it.
