Broken up and glitchy, frustrating process of obtaining a line of credit on a house. You get an avalanche of confusing emails initially from 4-5 different sources, often contradicting each other in what they are asking for. Why not just one source to deal with? Horrible customer service. The rep was very negative and pessimistic about applying for a loan even with great income and over 750 fica scores 30% cltv. They just don't want your business and make that very obvious.
