I had a pretty good experience with Union bank. It deals with low APR and flexible loan terms. The duration is much longer than the other banking service. You can pay back the amount with stress free terms up to 84 months. It also enables the client to get the amount within one business day. Review for Union Bank Personal Loan

I got a direct mail invitation offer from them. Doesn't look like they are publicly available yet. Union Bank personal loans look like a pretty good, but not great option. Interest rates are competitive, no origination fees, and the option for long repayment terms. Loans only go up to $35k though. There are some lower rate lenders.

The card is somewhere in between with respect to offerings. Therefore, I would recommend first understanding your needs and then searching for a card, since there are much better offers if you know where to search.

Broken up and glitchy, frustrating process of obtaining a line of credit on a house. You get an avalanche of confusing emails initially from 4-5 different sources, often contradicting each other in what they are asking for. Why not just one source to deal with? Review for Union Bank Personal Line of Credit

Horrible customer service. The rep was very negative and pessimistic about applying for a loan even with great income and over 750 fica scores 30% cltv. They just don't want your business and make that very obvious.
