I have always had a positive experience with BBVA ClearSpend. It has been great using the BBVA ClearSpend Prepaid Card to purchase low cost items without using my credit card. BBVA ClearSpend Prepaid is very convenient for receiving direct deposit without having the overwhelming fees of a Savings Account with an actual bank.
