Got a gift card for Christmas then got declined for some transactions when I tried using it a few days later. Got declined again today and finally had the chance to look into what was happening. Great prepaid card for traveling especially if you cannot get a bank account or credit card. 1. No foreign transaction fees 2. $3 monthly fee waved if you deposit $750+ a month. 3. Can withdraw at foreign Allpoint ATM's with no surcharge.

I would give this card ZERO stars if I had the option. This card does not work with PAYPAL. I repeat, this card does not work with PAYPAL. It is a lie.
