Review for Safeway Auto Insurance

Terrible they do not want to pay the person hit in the car. They would not accept mediation of $10000 verdict and went to trial took 6 years plaintiff got nothing and was called a liar even though they got the ticket on rearender.

Review for Safeway Auto Insurance

I do not recommend this insurance. I know a family member who got into a minor accident in a parking lot. The insurance company increased his rate even though he was the victim of the accident since they did not believe the evidence. Customer service was awful and just very unhelpful. They didn't even cover the cost of the repair.
