I regret ever doing business with this bank. After jumping through hoops to open a simple savings account, they lowered the interest rate three times within two months, so I transferred most of my savings to another bank. When I went back online to move the remaining $30 or so and close my account, they wouldn't release my money and said I would have to mail or FAX various identification ...Show More
