I went through the whole process up to closing. When I saw what their appraiser, appraised my home at and how it was so much lower than comps of home sold in my area, i refused to sign. I believe they low ball appraisal for more gain in your equity when you buy out. They were not even close. I had another appraiser do my home and with the comps ...Show More
