I went through the whole process up to closing. When I saw what their appraiser, appraised my home at and how it was so much lower than comps of home sold in my area, i refused to sign. Sean O-Boyle was the awesome from the very first phone call I made. He answered all my questions and gave me the information I need to make a an informed decision about my financial further. It took longer than the initial 14 days but from start to nearly finished (final closing is tomorrow with notary) they made sure I understood everything. My team consisted of two, Jack King and Leslie M. What took time was getting required paperwork but Leslie took great steps in ensuring I was able to get paperwork by getting on calls with me. Mr. Parker has the patience of Job in the Bible! Although I had gotten upset about how thorough he was, I now understand that he was conducting business very professional as well as explaining everything I did not understand.
