My processor, Nick, was absolutely amazing! He was so incredibly responsive throughout the process. He was, fortunately/unfortunately, promoted to a different department, but still was the primary process on my account. The new processor, Chelsea, was nowhere near as responsive as Nick was, which was really disappointing. My closer, Haileigh, was also really disappointing. She didn't explain the closing process or beyond even after I asked her for next steps. ...Show More

I'm not good at writing reviews, but Leslie, Juliette and Matt were all very professional and helpful. Everything was completed and expedited very clean and fast. Splitero has helped me get things back on track after my wife passing 2 years ago with this HEI. Thank you Splitero!

I really couldn't have been happier with my experience with Splitero. First off, my sales team of Matt Manguiano, Siu Saelee and Saul Sanchez were all top notch, they were incredibly knowledgeable, courteous and extremely responsive. Honestly, I think the entire experience from start to funding took about 9 days.
