As a home equity loan alternative, the Splitero HEI product allows you to tap into your home equity without the monthly payments associated with traditional loans or HELOCs.
The transaction is secured by a lien on your property, but instead of paying interest or monthly payments, the investor receives a share of your home’s value when the agreement ends.

My processor, Nick, was absolutely amazing! He was so incredibly responsive throughout the process. He was, fortunately/unfortunately, promoted to a different department, but still was the primary process on my account. The new processor, Chelsea, was nowhere near as responsive as Nick was, which was really disappointing. My closer, Haileigh, was also really disappointing. First off, my sales team of Matt Manguiano, Siu Saelee and Saul Sanchez were all top notch, they were incredibly knowledgeable, courteous and extremely responsive. Splitero's ad lured me to apply for a seemingly easy, instant approval. After reading the FAQs and blog to make sure I meet criteria I applied. After entering my info I received an instant decline stating "...we cannot offer you any funding options" without any explanation. Just a redirect back to FAQs. Ugh! On to Point and Supermoney.com to explore other options!

Splitero was very easy to work with. I was able to get $215,000 in weeks with no monthly payments. You have to repay when you sell your home, but being able to get this amount without stress of additional monthly payments is amazing. Highly recommend using them!!
