After I've been working with and paying fees charged by Clear Creek Legal for over a year, they have negotiated only 3 debts, don't answer their phones or emails. They were suppose to make my life a little better but have done the opposite. My life is now a living hell and I have no idea where or who to turn to

I canceled our contract July 23rd. August 1st they take my money anyways and claim they didnt know but will refund be. This morning I get an email saying after fees they only owe me $27 out of $544 they took. Im livid! According to the contract I could cancel anytime without penalty.

BEWARE! Please make sure your tax return is correct before contacting these people. They do not review your tax return for any errors even though you are required to send copies of the tax return and all documentation in question. All they do is send a letter to the IRS. Hiring Clear Creek to resolve my tax issues was the best decision I ever made. They followed through with everything they said that they would, and got a great solution faster than I expected! I would definitely recommend them to anyone have IRS or State back tax problems.

Let me start off first with there sales pitch. Remove 40% of penalties and interest in 30 to 45 days. Well for starters if your tax lien is fairly new than there is no way it's 40%.
