They took $1,700 dollars from our family for their fee. They guaranteed that could reduce our tax liability with the IRS. Once they took our last credit card payment - they called and said they could not help us. We fought for a refund - but they lied to us over a year that they would give us a partial refund. These guys are total scam artists. Bill Ray, Derrick King, and the rest of these goons siphoned thousands of dollars from me and did not provide anything in return.
