It's a complete and utter scam. Say they can lower your total amount due to IRS and instead collect a large payment sum that goes to TaxRise and never lower your amount due to the IRS, causing you to pay double.

Since we have started with them...we send them what they ask for and ask if they have all they need and we are told yes. Then nothing happens for weeks and they tell us they are waiting on documents from us but we were never told. Constantly getting the run around.

Taxrise took my money and did nothing they said they would do! Refused my refund. Do NOT hire this firm they are conartist! Check the BBB reviews and the Yelp reviews and ignore the 5 star reviews as those are paid for.

I used this company and they are complete frauds. My case manager switched over 3 times and nobody seems to know what is going on with my case after I've paid them $15K. Impossible to talk to an attorney or CPA. Don't fall for all their fake reviews.

I paid this company 500 .00 dollars just to tell me I still owe the IRS and that they will still be collecting my IRS Checks until it's paid off they didn't do anything but take my money they asked me to send them the letter from the IRS they basically laughed in my face and hung up on me SCAMS SCAMS SCAMS SCAMS

Scam!!!!This company is unethical and sneaky!! They promised me a service before making the payment and then after paying hundreds of dollars(almost a thousand!) They tell me they could no longer do what we discussed. They also wouldn't refund me so I had them listen to the call. They agreed I was right and I still have not received a refund or reply!!!
