Terrible.Took over 10k of my money I could have gave to the irs. Said they had local office which was not true. Dragged case on for 2 years so they could collect $400 a month. Promised case would be 6-8 months. No communication. Use a company with a flat rate.

Wall & Associates are scammers. Took $8900 of my money and did not deliver. Could not accomplish anything with the IRS. KEPT getting my wife's income wrong despite our providing all required documentation . DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF BY THEM. They are being sued by at least one state. Maybe more at this time.

They are crooks! Initial payment of $2500 up front and then $350 per month for over a year. NOTHING WAS DONE OR SETTLED. They just kept asking me for updated financial records because what I had provided only a month before was, "outdated". Bad reviews for this company can be found all over the internet. Believe them. Wall & Associates is a crooked company.

Excellent company to do business with. They stayed on top of my case and updated me as needed. I owed the state $80,000 and they got me a Offer-In-Compromise for $8900 paying $150 a month until paid off. Would definitely recommend them to anyone having federal or state tax issues.

It's been 4 years and $14,000.00 and they have done nothing for me except take money from a single mother. They botched up submitting documents that I provided to the State so I had to work out my own agreement with them. And after all this time and money I have to end up working with the IRS by myself. Because of a mix up with Obamacare, I got an 11K tax bill. They were confident they could reduce it to only 10% of that. I had to pay $2500, plus $350 a month. THEN, after 3 months, they said because of my assets, that I should pay the full amount to the IRS. WHY did they not KNOW THIS BEFORE they took my $2500, +??? CROOKS, stay FAR AWAY!
