Our HQ is located in St. Joseph, MI and our branches are throughout Arkansas, Indiana, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, and Ohio. We are owned by you, our Members. Unlike banks, we don’t have shareholders. Your voice matters, and we want to hear it. Our CEO must answer to member-elected board of directors who provide oversight and co-leadership.United is a not-for-profit company that is dedicated to helping its community and Members.

As a credit union, we typically offer higher rates of return on savings accounts, lower interest rates on loans and have an emphasis on customer service when compared to banks. We aren’t satisfied with the status quo. We are driven to explore new solutions and bring the best products and services available to all our Members.
