W&S has decent services and responsive personnel, but they've had a fairly shaky reputation in the last few years. I've heard of instances of inconsistent policies and that alone is enough to give me pause.

The most amongst one of the worst credit unions I have ever applied with am not satisfied with their policy of the firms, they should work on their policy term. I just like the way they help someone evaluate their options and customers should always ask their agent about the assumptions behind before investing.
