I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO DO BUSINESS WITH Southeast Toyota Finance Auto Loans Immediately after purchasing the car in Florida I needed to move to a different state for work. bought a tacoma with a loan from the bank . al hendrickson messed up the paper work and southeast repoed it ,been making double payments , the error was corrected and they told Speacialized Towing to bring it back ,they never did all I got was an apology

My biggest issue is with their website, which is where you make your payments! I had autopay set up and SETF randomly and without notice canceled my autopay. Then they started harrassing me by phone while I worked and labeled me 'delinquent' in America's wonderful credit bureau worlds! When in reality, this is a SETF problem! Everyone is always so rude when you call. Also, when setting up automatic payments, it never worked therefore causing late fees which they make you pay! It’s ridiculous! Will never suggest to anyone and will never go back!
