Paolo the rudest most unprofessional representative I dealt with in 6 Plus decades on earth. Horrible service 1 hour on the phone promises promises never lets the transaction go through and disconnects me with no explanation. Rude and disgraceful. With a million other ways to send money I will never use these horrible people or their disgraceful Representatives again. They should start by firing him.

I opened an account to transfer Money abroad to a family member, but I was never able to do it. A friend I know for 44 years tried to help me out through Xoom. It was cancelled twice even after he called them. They asked him all sorts of invasive personal questions about me, including what the nature of my emergency was. Worst way to send money ever, poor customer service. Can barely understand the CS reps.
