Liability refers to the legal responsibility of an individual or entity for their actions or inactions. Torts are civil wrongs that result in injury or harm to another person, property, or reputation, and can result in legal liability. Estate planning refers to the process of organizing and managing one's assets and property in anticipation of death, in order to minimize taxes and other costs and ensure that the person's wishes are carried out.
