I had a VERY strict deadline for when I needed my home loan funded, so I chose the Rapid Close program through AHC. They really kept their promise and closed my close in just about three weeks.

Refinancing a home and getting loans can be the biggest pain in the butt! But AHC Lending is an amazing option for those who need to do this regularly. I have various properties and have used them six times already. They are fantastic at getting it done and not dragging along. They've never let me down.

This is my third time ever dealing with a mortgage/loan company. AHC Lending is the best that I have come across so far. The other companies I dealt with were so-so, but none compared to the rates and the quick work of AHC. If I am ever in the market for a loan again, AHC will definitely be my first choice.

I refinanced my home loan with AHC Lending and it was a good decision on my part. They were extremely easy to work with and all the AHC employees I contacted were great. I now recommend AHC Lending because they make refinancing easy. I will use them again in the future as needed.
