Good customer service and hold times were very short. I financed at 1.90% for 3 years and paid the loan off in one year. They were good at explaining how to add additional payments on their web site so the additional payment would not go towards future payments and go towards principal.

MBFS makes is super simple and easy to make payments online and get help with anything regarding my loan. They offered me fantastic interest rates and always sending me emails with amazing prices on new vehicles. I’ll be using them again to upgrade in a few months!

I leased a 2018 GLC300 in Sept 2018. Recently my husband and I took custody of our newborn granddaughter because the mother ran off and my son is active duty navy. Their lease return is INSANE. They truly expect that you'll turn a 3 year lease in with new tires. You need to know that a run flat tire is over $500.00 so plan on turning it in without using it, or put on a new set of tires, that are not necessarily run flats. Still pricey, but spending $800 is better than being sent a bill for $2000. ...Show More

The worst service!
Got One mersedes in 2015 > manager forgot to activate maintenence (was paid separatelly) but didn't forgot to include in lease agreament. Over 45K before tax.
Traid in this car in 2017 and in first day of application Mersedes make 5 (FIVE) Hard pool reqwests. After all in 3 months after finally car arrived make another 2 Hard Pool and finaly was approved by MB finantial. Car around ...Show More

Mercedes-Benz Financial Services is quite possibly the least customer-focused organization that I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. They do not communicate what they are doing, they have no sense of urgency, and they are doing nothing to indicate that they care if I ever buy/lease another Mercedes again. I will say that their people are very well trained. Every last one of them sticks rigidly to a script.

I am very confused and surprised by Mercedes Financial. Normally, if a payment date falls on a weekend or holiday, any company will take it out on the following business day. Mercedes Financial takes it out before the due date. This is a little frustrating if you plan to have the money WHEN the bill is actually due, not before.

If you are getting an auto loan through Mercedes Benz Financial, make sure you check the current market rates for auto loans. On various occasions I've gone to them for quotes and have found that they always charge more interest than other companies. Just be aware and be a smart consumer.

I am currently on my second lease with MBF. I missed one payment, and somehow, they found a missed payment from the previous loan. NOW they have decided to report both late payments on my credit. I don't even recall the first late payment, but I can't even dispute it now. What's done is done.

It is so obvious that Mercedes Benz Financial is just after your money. I unknowingly racked up a little bit of overdue charges (I thought I had a credit in place) and they didn't even let me know. They could take my money and report the late payments on my credit, but couldn't even tell me about them.

This company is the worst when it comes to customer service and billing. I was told one thing, and now am being penalized for what I was told to do. Apparently, I made my payment incorrectly, and even though the payment WAS made, I am being charged late fees. They won't even work with me to correct it.

In all the years I've owned Mercedes and have gone through Mercedes Financial, I have yet to have a problem. They are a good company as long as you make your payments. It's not a good idea to get a car you can't afford in the first place. Treat them well and they'll take care of you.

Talk about not having a sense of urgency.. This company is terrible when it comes to doing anything in a timely manner. I tried getting my title, and it's been months. They also never call you back when they say they will, and you have to constantly call them to get anything out of them.

Mercedes Benz Financial fails when it comes to providing customer service. They send us our bill so late every month, that we have only a few days to pay it. We have gotten numerous calls before, but have been unable to contact that same person back because they leave incorrect info on the messages. Worst service ever.

I have been with Mercedes Benz Financial for upwards of fifteen years now. My most recent loan encountered some problems that I am now dealing with. I made an error in saving my online payment method, causing one missed payment. After all these years of perfect payments, you'd think they'd work with me. No, they did not. It is now on my credit.

Mercedes Benz Financial worked with me regarding deferring two of my payments. Unfortunately, I ran into some bad circumstances and needed to use the money for other things. I contacted them right away and they were more than willing to work with me. I appreciate them and their customer service.
