The paperwork was straightforward and the transfer of the loan was conducted in a timely manner. I improved my credit score since I had financed my car and I was rewarded with a much lower rate. RateGenius is the real deal!!

you can use them, they'll get you approved quickly and they are very helpful, but you need to make sure you ask all the questions. you need to make sure someone tells you about all the fees that will come on the backside of whomever is taking over your loan.

This place it's just so they can sell you Gap insurance and extended warranty when you try to refinance even when your car does not need it.

Poor communication. They use a secure site to send loan docs. Not user friendly at all. Once you open it , it times out and you can't get your loan docs printed thru an outside printing service. If you have good credit go to your local credit union . It's a slam dump and you'll get a better rate. Don't waste your time with these people

Only problem is it’s now taking two weeks because he keeps contacting me by text and then never follows through on the scheduled call time. I would recommend trying rategenius if you are looking to save money, lower your payment and interest rate. They found me a loan that lowered my payment $143 per month, cut my interest rate in less than half, and saved me $9000 dollars over the term of the loan. They were very fast and helpful. 100% legit and I highly recommend them.

At first it seemed too good to be true and thought there had to be a catch. No catches! Customer service rep was well trained and always answered my messages. They even let me text them as I was at work all day and made it easier to do. My payment dropped $135 per month!
