They tell you how you can and can't spend your money. They hold your money hostage any time they want to. They have zero right to ANY of your money, but think they do. This bank is absolutely the worst. The first day of school and we are playing with PHONE TAG with Bankmobile, who purposely disconnects their phone lines knowing that the owe thousands of students. The customer services is trash, they are always blocking someone's card, customer service do not speak good English to comprehend what your needs are. You have to go through jumps and hoops just to access your account online. No one acts like they are able to help you and still want to do things the old fashion way.
