I used their checking account for one year and had no issues with them. The only thing is they put my information in the system wrong, so that brought complications. Other than that, I enjoyed my experience.

Got my accounts shoved into this worthless bank after they swallowed up Guaranty Bank. Guaranty had genuinely “totally free checking” and very personable tellers. Going to the bank was quick and easy 7 days a week and open late on workdays. Online banking hassle free. Enter: First Citizens take over. Love First Citizens bank. Several times I have received a call from the branch to alert me to situations that had arisen. They let me know what they had done to protect my account and how to proceed. These types of personal attention are the reasons that I won't go anywhere else for my banking.
