I had no issues with this bank. I'll admit I was young when I had this account and not very financially responsible. If I had insurance to be taken out, and didn't have the money they would pay it, and charge me a $35.00 fee. Other banks would have just said payment not paid due to insufficient funds. HORRIBLE: JUST A NIGHTMARE POSTING CAR PAYMENTS. PAID ON MONDAY NOT DUE TILL THURSDAY. Charged overdraft fees, when I was opted out of the program, MY mistake was letting them get away with it the first time.I will not use them again,don't trust CITIZENS BANK, just read your receit and you'll see the fine print tells it all.
