This bank seems to be very regional specific. By that I mean that in some areas of the country where they are located, I think the customer service is great, but in other areas it is really abysmal. I know because I have lived throughout several areas in the U.S. and have been a customer since the 90s.

Easy to use the website, friendly service, plenty of different services offered. My only complaints would be that there arent any actual banks to walk into, and that the interest rates are pretty low.
