Valerie is very dishonest. She uses Global Holdings which is a payment processing company that may be her friend or in with the scam. According to the transactions from this payment company my collection should be almost paid off but the company in actuality has only paid two payments. when questioned Valerie becomes very rude and non informative. I was asked them to close my policy because they weren't 100% honest with me and I found out about some shady deal they did with my checking account.
They behaved me like I am full of trash, and shouted and yelled towards me.
Never make policy with USAvsDebt, they will rob you. Beware from them.
