Review for Fidelity Brokerage Account

The computer at customer service incapable to answer basic questions. It does not understand P/E! The customer service reps don't write or read English well. He does not understand there is a difference between sector and industry. You ask a question via email, the reply is always the same "Due to currently high volumes, response times to general questions may be longer than usual"

Review for Fidelity Rewards Visa Signature Card

Seeking Alpha charged my Fidelity credit card for a renewal fee. I tried to cancel on the website but I could not. I let 2 phone messages; no return calls. I filed a complaint with BBB. Seeking Alpha never responded to BBB. I disputed the charge with Fidelity. Fidelity denied the charge back

I highly recomend this card on the basis of that there is no annual fee and I get my rewards depositied directly to my individual brokrage account

I've had an account with Fidelity for about two years, I'm not a serious investor, I do not put any money in that I'm not afraid to lose. That being said I haven't had any major issues.
