The computer at customer service incapable to answer basic questions. It does not understand P/E!
The customer service reps don't write or read English well. He does not understand there is a difference between sector and industry.
You ask a question via email, the reply is always the same "Due to currently high volumes, response times to general questions may be longer than usual"

They have a very simple to use website and based on how you’re getting your funds into your account, we didn’t even have to lift a finger as our workplace side did the heavy lifting. They make it easy to learn the ropes of investing through however your workplace or advisor has set up.

For me this is a top notch investment bank. There are no fees for minimum daily balance like some other banks, and you don't have to have direct deposit to avoid fees. This place was recently ranked number one by Investor's Business Daily, so I decided to sign up with them and to see how things went. Well, they have been going pretty good. Their third party research is quite excellent, which makes for the opportunity to make good investment choices.

This place is great, because they offer a lot more than the standard investment fare. I recently started investing in munis (municipal bonds), which I wouldn't even have considered if not for Fidelity. So far I think that the investment has been a super choice. Thanks Fidelity!
