I had a negative experience with Remitly's money transfer service. The transaction took longer than expected, and their customer service was unhelpful in resolving the issue. I do not recommend using Remitly for money transfers.

Remitly is a blessing for us who wants a low fee reliable transaction system. I found it safe and its customer service is also good. but it doesn't do any business transfer. I wanted to send some money to a business account but it declined the service. only personal account it serves.

One of the top transfer app providing better rate to other country transfers. They took bit more time compared few other top player but the better rate and accuracy in super. They have a better customer support, I have once transfer money to a wrong bank account and they managed to revert it back as soon as possible.

They locked me out of my account and permanently closed it for "safety violations and policy violations". I asked what were those violations and they said for safety reasons, i the customer cant be told that information. I only send to my fiancee in the Philippines. And they did this with no warning or suspension.

this might be a good money transfer if you are a user for the first time especially if you are being referred by a friend. you can take advantage of the discount promo and a special exchange rate on your first transfer and if you do referrals that will be an advantage too other than that i would recommend using wise as they have more competitive exchange rate

Have been using Remitly for years now. It's very reliable and can choose options for faster transfer. Notifies sender of when money will be received and of transfer progress. All my family have been using Remitly to send money abroad and we have not encountered any problems at all.

I use to use Western Union but they're giving me so much hustle and the fee is way out of control and limited. When I did all the search which company would offer me the best fee, I found Remitly and so far they're very good and efficient. After over a year of sending money with Remitly they closed my account with no evidence or explanation. This has happened to hundreds of other users. I suggest a class action law suit against them. DO NOT USE REMITLY.

Remitly is totally Fraud.
Remitly charged me money for my transaction ( First Time ever used Remitly ) and said the error occurred and said your money will be back in your bank by the end of the day. and money never refunded.
I have all the proofs from the bank and my Transaction ID

I used Remitly once to send money to someone in Kenya and it turned out to be a hectic process. limit is too small, asked for too many details and since I wasn't around my home to upload I took some time, and before I got back my account was already closed I couldn't log in.

I was a satisfied remitly client for several years sending money to family in the Philippines and Mongolia. Suddenly they decided to cancel my account as supposedly I violated their terms of use, would not advise how I supposedly did this, and would not listen to my appeals. Terrible customer service. Never again will I use them and have advised my friends and family to stop supporting them

Hello, who else had trouble with Remitly? The transfer was canceled and the money was not returned to the account, the company policy says in 10 working days, but 1.5 months have passed and the money has not returned to the account (1000 euros ) Very suspicious company !!!!
