I have been using the paid service for over a year and my report says I owe money and have high credit usage even though I've paid all of my bills. Says I have a court filing against me from March but I go to the court website and nothing is coming up against me or my company. The one thing I love about Nav is I get to see my business information and personal credit info in one place. They have been a great help in building my credit score and their information and updates are also wonderful. All for free. I would strongly recommend this for business owners, and for those that are trying to build their credit score.
