How to apply for Citibank Custom Credit Line
- Visit the Citibank Custom Credit Line website.
- Fill in the application form. You will typically need to provide general information such as your name, address, email address, Social Security Number, source of income and employment, and checking account information.

Citibank Custom Credit Line Disclosure: To qualify for a Custom Credit Line, you must have both (1) a Citibank deposit account balance of $500 or more and (2) at least 3 months of tenure on a Citibank deposit account, a linked Citibank Mortgage or a Citi credit card (Sears, Macy's, Home Depot and other retail partner cards excluded) at the time of application. Rates as of 03/14/2019. Your APR may be as low as 10.49% variable APR or as high as 22.49% variable APR (may vary by state). To qualify for the lowest rate, customers must use Citibank Auto Deduct (an automated monthly debit from a Citibank deposit account) for repayment, meet eligible Citi relationship balance requirements, and have an excellent credit history. Lower rates are available for Citigold and Citi Priority customers and customers with $200,000 or more in eligible relationship balances. If you are in default, your Annual Percentage Rate may increase by 2.00%. Annual Fee of $50 waived for Citigold and Citi Priority customers and anyone who takes a loan or makes a payment on their account once during the year.

A few years ago, I applied for a credit line through Citibank and unfortunately, my experience was one that I hope I never have to repeat again. The customer service professionals were anything but professional, as they were rude, and I was disrespected more than once.
