Seems unethical that a company would deny an account holder access to his/her account once the account is paid. It is very difficult to obtain information necessary to proceed with other obligations when the company refuses to grant access, and blatantly denies access one's pertinent information. I was recently approved for a loan. However, your employees told me that my military ID is not a valid ID and that they could not accept driver's license that had a military extension that is valid until Feb 2024.
