Insurance companies are supposed to be there to protect you. As a first time home owner, I had no direction or provided information to go on. I filed a claim because there was damage to my roof in March 2020. They denied it saying it was pre existing and not need even though what prompted me was finding pieces of roof in my back yard. State Auto do not pay and give hard time at the time when Texas have winter disaster in the week of 15th Feb, 2021.
