Visor is completely overpriced for an online tax preparation service. The process was similar to other online services I've used before like H&R Block and Turbotax but decided not to continue and complete the processing because it was not worth over $300 for the same system I used elsewhere. Take your time and shop around, even check with local tax preparers before using Visor.

Visor Tax Preparation are amazing. We had a bad experience with our previous tax person not knowing nearly enough about our US tax issues, including my husband revoking his Green Card. Visor Tax were phenomenal - responsive, quick and incredibly good at what they do. And they cost less! First off, I just want to say that I am not a mathematically minded person. I hate filing my taxes because I honestly don't understand it at all?? But Visor made it super easy. They helped with my estimated taxes for Q4, which was fine. Then it went all downhill from there. After uploading all my files for actual return in mid March, I heard nothing until getting an email saying Visor would file a free extension for me...
