I have never experienced such poor customer service with a so called professional agency! I have been calling my case manager for two weeks and he has yet to get back to me. They are horrible at communicating everything that is going on. After working with Pinnacle, I spoke to a representative from the IRS, and they literally told me that I'd wasted my money on them. I knew that Pinnacle hadn't done much in regards to my tax situation, but really? I looked into it further and they had failed to live up to any of their promises.
