Worst company I have ever known. I have insured my house. Unfortunately, an insured event happened and I sent a claim to "Hanover". Firstly, they never call and report on the progress of the claim. In the denial of compensation they write false and fictitious information about the causes of damage, so that the reason for the refusal corresponds to the clause of the contract that allows them to refuse. I also don't have much experience with this company, but I've seen several ads for it in the past and a few commercials on tv or youtube. They seem like a pretty decent company so I would recommend them.
