They use a third party company to give you your money after a traumatic event like a fire. This company lied and told us we cannot get RCV unless we use gift cards. Since we did not want to lose all our money, we chose gift cards. We would wait for weeks when asking for gift cards. Often. if a company did not give gift cards, we were told too ...Show More

Main Street isn't available everywhere but offers a wide range of insurance coverage. I would recommend it to anybody who is looking for a smaller insurance company that will provide better customer care.
