They use a third party company to give you your money after a traumatic event like a fire. This company lied and told us we cannot get RCV unless we use gift cards. Since we did not want to lose all our money, we chose gift cards. We would wait for weeks when asking for gift cards. Often. if a company did not give gift cards, we were told too ...Show More

Main Street isn't available everywhere but offers a wide range of insurance coverage. I would recommend it to anybody who is looking for a smaller insurance company that will provide better customer care.

The Main Street America Group Home Insurance is the best option if you are looking for liability coverage, guest medical protection, and 24/7 phone availability. The costumer service there was very friendly and helpful. The Main Street America Group Home Insurance is an excellent insurance company and I would recommend it to anyone.

It was extremely simple to sign up for using the app, and it offers adequate and reasonably priced coverage. When my apartment complex suffered smoke damage as a result of a fire, I was able to work with Luke by email and a swift phone call to get my claim processed and my lost belongings replaced.
