I was sent money from a friend for food. Facebook put it on pending hold .its going on 4 days now. No money. No food for family in these hard days. I have received & sent money before but no more meta. It's like a scam. They are using my money and no replies or followups from meta. Shame on them

Worst experience ever. They ask you to verify your information and still have issues after sending in pics of DL, etc they cancel payment. More than once this has happened. Seems sketchy to me. Do not use this. I will never use again. Bad Facebook/ Meta whoever you are. Can't call or talk to anyone. Useless.

Money was sent to me through facebook pay, and I had never used it before, but I was able to attach it to my paypal (which took 40 cents) but that was fine with me! I had no issues with it. My family and I almost exclusively use FB Pay and have never had problems. Transfers are easy and quick and I've never had them held up. I used to send $900 monthly for rent and never had issues arise. I only use FB Pay for people I know, I have no experience using it with Marketplace people or international transfers.

It is very glitchy. My mom sent me money on there and I never got it. It took awhile for her to get it back into her account. There are also so many scams on facebook so I don't see it as a secure place to send or receive money. Someone was trying to send me $1200 recently for liking a picture but I had to send them $10 first.

I loaned my daughter money through facebook pay. The transaction went through without any problems. A few days later when she gets paid, she sends me the money back on facebook pay. Sent $50 to a person...money came immediately out of my account but was declined on their end because it got posted to a cash app card that was not tied to a US Bank account. My wife signed up for it and then canceled her advertising and now Facebook pay has disables her account and stole $200 ...in $50 , $75 and another $75 all in one day ....Sign up at your own risk...I see how some people got to be billionaires

I have never had an issue with sending money or receiving money through Facebook. I have my bank account associated with it I've never had any issues with my bank account or my Facebook transfers. I suggest Facebook money transfer to every single person that I have a conversation about transferring money.

Do not use it. Twice I have used this and twice the Seller did not receive. Luckily, it was only $10. You can't get the money back so use a verifiable source like Venmo.
