Message from Branch Insurance

If you went back to the 1800s, when home insurance first began to spread throughout the U.S., you’d see that insurance was a truly communal product. Farmers in communities all across the country put money aside to take care of one-another should disaster strike. It was neighbor helping neighbor. Fast forward to today. That spirit is gone. Moreover, what was intended to be a communal product has become difficult and soulless. We started to ask ourselves: Why’s it so hard just to bundle your home insurance with your auto insurance? Why do costs go up for the most loyal customers? Why do such a big chunk of premium dollars go to fund massive marketing campaigns? None of that makes sense. And if we could leverage the dual powers of technology and community, we could fix it.

Was paying $126 for a great policy then it went to $128 because of Covid excuse like any other BS then went to $133 and when my policy renewed again they wanted to charge me $243 damn near double. 1 ticket back in 2020 October no accidents in my fault nor me filing any claim through my insurance company “ Branch” I take this as double dipping and it cost ...Show More

Branch is a young company that offers good rates for home and auto insurance. It offers both homeshare and rideshare coverages, but it does not have a particularly broad range of coverage options. However, Branch insurance offers slightly cheaper-than-average rates on home and auto insurance, but it is not widely available.

Review for Branch Home Insurance

Offers insurance products at competitive rates. Doesn't cover all the states but covers most of them, it covers my home state which is the most important. I tried to use the chat with us option as it is more convenient to me but it didn't work, hopefully, they fix this issue very soon, but other methods of contact look good. The website is user-friendly and has the needed information.

Wasted 2 days trying to get insurance. Then was told they wouldn't cover me because I live on a dirt road. We don't live in a flood plain. Nor have our roads ever washed out. Our road is a bus route and very well maintained.
