Dwelling Coverage:
Also called "dwelling insurance." This is the part of your homeowner's insurance policy that helps pay for the rebuilding or the repair of the physical structure of your home if it's damaged by a covered hazard.
Guest Medical Protection:
This helps visitors who are injured on your property. It can help cover the necessary medical expenses in an accident, regardless of who's at fault. Medical expenses covered usually include costs like ambulance rides, X-rays, surgical procedures, and hospital stays. Note that guest medical coverage doesn't apply to anyone who lives in the home or is listed on your policy.
Liability Coverage:
The personal liability coverage within your homeowner's policy offers coverage for bodily injury and property damage sustained by others for which you or covered residents of your household are legally responsible.
Other Structures Coverage:
This covers structures on the residence premises separated from the dwelling by a clear space or connected to the dwelling by a fence, utility line, or related connection. Examples include a detached garage, tool shed, driveway, swimming pool, gazebo, or fence.
Personal Property Protection:
This insurance protects the items in your home, like your furniture. If they're damaged or lost, personal property coverage could help you cover the cost of replacing them.
Reimbursed Living Expenses:
This coverage reimburses the insured for the cost of maintaining a comparable standard of living following a covered loss that exceeds the insured's normal expenses. For example, it could include an insured's motel bill while fire damage to the home is being repaired or replaced or until the insured moves to a permanent residence.

Assisted Living Coverage:
As well as covering the usual personal property like furniture or jewelry, this rider can also cover hearing aids, false teeth, contact lenses, eyeglasses, medical alert devices, walkers or canes, and wheelchairs. You may also include personal liability coverage for residents and visitors with a choice of limits.
Business Property Protection:
This coverage protects business assets in the home. Adding this coverage may help cover inventory, such as cosmetics or kitchen supplies, temporarily stored in your home as you're preparing to sell it or deliver it to customers.
Personal Injury Liability Coverage:
This protects you against bodily injury and property damage for which you or the residents of your home are responsible.

Branch is a young company that offers good rates for home and auto insurance. It offers both homeshare and rideshare coverages, but it does not have a particularly broad range of coverage options. However, Branch insurance offers slightly cheaper-than-average rates on home and auto insurance, but it is not widely available.

Offers insurance products at competitive rates.
Doesn't cover all the states but covers most of them, it covers my home state which is the most important.
I tried to use the chat with us option as it is more convenient to me but it didn't work, hopefully, they fix this issue very soon, but other methods of contact look good.
The website is user-friendly and has the needed information.

Wasted 2 days trying to get insurance. Then was told they wouldn't cover me because I live on a dirt road. We don't live in a flood plain. Nor have our roads ever washed out. Our road is a bus route and very well maintained.

Branch home Insurance, pls It is not a valid practice to charge policy holders after they have paid for the agreed upon premium without a valid explanation. A a phone call and instructions on your needs required.

When comparing home insurance providers, I appreciate getting tailor-fitted policies that understand my needs and protect my family and property. Though Branch Home Insurance is not perfect, I like their customization and customer walk-through with different factors and comparisons. It's also a plus that there is not an intensive and demanding process to proceed with a quote.

I read various reviews on the internet regarding branch home insurance and discovered that the majority of individuals were unhappy with it. Some individuals were past clients but did not receive the kind of service they expected from branch home insurance. As a result, I will not suggest it.

Knowing you have a reliable home insurer as Branch Home Insurance, life only becomes easier. The other day I rammed my truck to the gate of the garage while on a reserve and causing considerable damage to a part of it. Branch Home insurance took care of it for me and I have my gate fixed.
