I have used Charles Schwab’s investing tools for about a year and a half now and have been nothing less but in love with the easy interface, the tools they offer, and the low rates for commission stocks. I use Schwab for my investing and retirement accounts. The user interface is great if you already know a lot about investing, but not super great if you are a beginner. You can call their customer service line - they're available 24/7 and are super knowledgeable and helpful for newbies. I have had Schwab for 15+ years, their cyber trading tool StreetSmart Pro is fast and easy to use, I've yet to completely migrate to their Edge program because of my charts were setup the way I like them SSPro. I had this company for awhile. While it has financially steady and viable investment options and I felt secure about my money being there, I had trouble with the customer service. I felt like they were talking another language whenever I called. Their fees are also higher than other companies, so I eventually took my business elsewhere. Although I would consider going back and taking another look.
