Took my deal sold it to other companies. They were lenders in 2020 but if you check them in the NY courts no defaults in 3 years. How does a lender not have a default in 3 years. They have a leads company now.

They took my information and resold it to several other companies. This was private/personal information and now I am getting 500+ calls a day. Yes I have evidence of this. Pathetic.

They got caught backdooring our deal! Same day they declined our client they sent our client an offer directly and closed the very next day. We called to discuss it and they asked for the email string to prove who did what. They can go look at their own emails. Bottom line is we have a copy of the contract showing TVT backdoored our deal.
