I made a mistake and overpaid my credit card balance in March 2022 . In an email from customer service they agreed to send me a check for the amount I overpaid. 6 weeks have gone by no check and no help on the phone or email. Unfortunately, I have to generally agree with the negative comments submitted concerning this product. I'd also say those criticism are pretty typical across the banking landscape, at least it has been for me. With all that being said, I think that there are two benefits of this card that together, may very well make it worthwhile. Do not apply for this credit. They will scam you. Their fees and interest rates are too high. They don't care about their customers at all. I suggest Discover, especially to students.

This is one of the worse credit card,because no matter how much you pay down the credit they continue charge high interest and staffs are rude, unprofessional over the phone the supervisor said many times he does not care about customer and it was very disgust it. I wish I would have known about it before, so I would not have waste it my time
