We work with our experienced operating partners to carefully select each fund investment to add to a diverse mix of institutional-quality investments across risk and return profiles, asset classes, and markets. To build a balanced portfolio, we will pursue investments in the core plus, value add, and opportunistic strategies with a primary focus on Value Add returns for the fund.

"We are committed to making positive social impact through our investments." Do they understand it's not their investment? Perhaps, this is why they intentionally make it difficult to locate the proposed IRR, Hold Period, and Equity Multiple on their platform for the opportunities they present. The staff turnover has been impactful. I hope Cadre will receive this review as a catalyst for change; they have the capacity to improve.
